Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, a cellphone, or a digital tablet.

Service refers to the bundle of services purchased through the annual or lifetime subscription plans, electronic extended Will writing service, or an optional service of putting users in touch with lawyers on a cost-and-effort basis and or specific paid quotation service over the mobile Application or the Website, or both.

Terms and Conditions (also referred to as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products, or services) provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, or made available by the Service.

You/User/Consumer means the individual accessing or using the Service, the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, whether by surfing, reading, viewing, using, and/or purchasing the documents and/or subscribing to the services, and/or specific paid quotation for the service offered on the Application or the Website, or both, as applicable.

All the data and details you input into the application are encrypted end-to-end. This means that only you, with your explicit permission, can access this information. Neither Surakshakadi nor its employees or technical associates can access your encrypted data without your prior authorization.

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data

While using Our Service, We may request that You provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

  • First name and last name
  • Phone number
  • Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City
  • Date of Birth
  • Usage Data

All asset data you provide in your asset wallet will be securely encrypted and stored in our database using end-to-end encryption (E2E encryption means data at rest and data in transit will be encrypted). This means that only you can access this information during your lifetime, and after your passing, it will be accessible to your legal heir, subject to necessary approvals. The company requires this information to provide asset transfer and Will execution services to your legal inheritor upon the execution of your Will.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. This data may include information such as Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the duration of Your visit to those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

When You access the Service via a mobile device, We may automatically collect certain information, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device's unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

Additionally, We may collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or access it via a mobile device."

The Company allows You to create an account and log in to use the Service through the following Third-party Social Media Services:

At Our sole discretion, we reserve the right to modify or replace this Privacy Policy at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
